Bufflehead Decoys

This drake and hen bufflehead are working decoys carved by Long Islander Bob Harrison. Bob is an accomplished water fowler who has gunned the Riverhead area of Long Island for many decades. He carves his own birds for his gunning rigs. I have had the pleasure of gunning with Bob and have taken many birds over his decoys. This is an opportunity to acquire a set of actual working birds in mint condition.

The decoys are sold as a pair for $190.00

Duck Shoot Games

The following items are three very unique and rare collectibles. Two are duck hunting games and one is a mint condition scale model of a blue marlin. Since acquiring these items I have yet to come upon similar ones.

Duck Shoot Game

The Superior game company manufactured this game circa 1950s. The game is complete with all original components. There is slight wear to the outer cover but all contents are in excellent condition.
A rare collectible find at $325.00.

Duck Shoot Game

This vintage game was manufactured by Parker Brothers and as best as can be determined was available from the late 1940s to early 1950s. The game includes all of the original components. There is some wear on the top cover and the bottom portion of the box. If for nothing else the cover art alone is worth the offering price of $95.00

John P. Cowan Hunting Print

Winchester Western Original Advertising Posters

Winchester sporting memorabilia in many forms is highly collectible. The following two original advertising posters are wonderful examples of sporting art used to market the products of Olin Industries, Winchester's parent company. Olin published both advertising posters in 1954; both images display vibrant colors and portray hunting camp scenes.
Each image is 20 1/2" h x 28" w. The deer camp scent is in exceptional condition. The second is in excellent condition with what appears to be a slight coffee stain in the upper left hand corner of the poster. I like to think that happened in camp!
